43-year-old male patient with fever, cough. No previous medical history. Exposure to Covid-19 patients.
Respiratory failure (hypoxemia and hypercapnia). Leukopenia. Nasal swab positive for SARS-CoV-2.
HRCT
Subpleural ground-glass opacity with consolidations in the LLL; scattered ground-glass opacities in the upper lobes and more extended in the lower lobes.
Chest film (for comparison)
Ill-defined opacity in the lower region of the left lung.
