32-year-old female patient in treatment with steroids for autoimmune disease. No exposure to Covid-19 patients (first Covid + patient in Cremona).
Fever and cough, leukocytosis. Respiratory failure (hypoxemia and hypocapnia).
HRCT
Diffuse bilateral consolidations partially sparing the upper lobes and the apical segments of the lower lobes.
